The adopt a fire hydrant program gives residents of the Seal Rock Fire District the opportunity to have owership in the fire hydrants located in their neighborhood. Adopting a fire hydrant includes keeping the fire hydrant clear of brush and grass, and painting it to maintain a good appearance.
